Terms and conditions of sale 1. PRICES - We will maintain printed prices as long as possible. However, if unavoidable cost increases are incurred by HCB, we do reserve the right to charge the prices ruling at the time of despatch. 2. TERMS OF PAYMENT - Strictly prior to despatch and only ever upon despatch. 3. CREDIT FACILITIES - We regret that we cannot offer any credit facilities for internet sales. 4. TITLE - Title to the goods does not pass to the purchaser until the goods have been paid for in full. 5. CARRIAGE - Carriage is charged on all consignments at the current rate. Note: All mail orders will require a signature on delivery. Goods will normally be dispatched within 5 working days. In the occasional event of an item being out of stock or dispatch taking more then 10 working days we will contact you to make arrangements for alternative goods, a new agreed delivery time or a refund of monies. Delivery charges • For order value under £20.00 delivery charge £5.00 • For order value over £20.00 delivery charges £7.50 • For order value over £100.00 delivery is £10 • For order value over £175 delivery is Free Rest of the World Delivery advised via email offering the customer a selection of delivery methods and charges. 6. CLAIMS, SHORTAGES - Notification of damage or shortages must be made to HCB within 3 days of receipt of goods. Notification of non-delivery must be made to HCB within 14 days of invoice date. 7. DESCRIPTIONS - We are careful to ensure that descriptions and photographs represent correctly the products available. However, due to continuous improvements to the product range, some variations may occur. 8. AVAILABILITY - All goods offered are subject to availability. 9. No contract will subsist between you and HCB for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until HCB accepts your order by e-mail or telephone confirming that it has despatched your product. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and HCB irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Returns Policy We want you to feel totally confident about shopping with HCB. You can therefore return any unwanted items within 28 days for a refund or replacement, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging and originally condition. Refunds for products which are not being exchanged, are not faulty and have not been sent in error will incur a handling & re-stocking fee equal to 10% of the value of the goods being refunded. See note these key points below: All returns are evaluated before being processed. Garments with any form of embellishment (printing / embroidery) cannot be returned. Clothing will only be accepted back if it is in its original packaging and all labels are still attached. Faulty items will be accepted up to the manufacturers warranty terms. This does not affect your statutory rights. How to Return 1. Briefly write to inform us for the reason for your return along with your contact details and your preferred outcome to this situation. 2. Take your parcel with your letter enclosed to your nearest Post Office. 3. Choose a suitable method of postage, i.e. Recorded or Registered (you are advised to take out suitable insurance for the goods you are returning). 4. Retain your Proof of Postage in case the parcel is lost in transit. Note - we are unable to reimburse any postage incurred. To cancel this contract, either one of our directors shown in the contact section of this web site or e-mail the HCB services team at enquiries@handcraftedbats.com with your invoice number and your instruction to cancel. If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us at your cost. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days after we receive your notification.
